Our luxurious infinity pool and hot tubs overlook the Aqua marina, the beautiful blue gulf and the preserve.

Three fire pits are located strategically throughout the west side along the marina with beautiful views. The perfect place to warm up on a crisp evening with a glass of wine or a night cap.
Theater
Our state-of-the-art theater boasts twenty large, ultra-plush reclining chairs with overstuffed headrests and exceptionally padded backrests. Enjoy watching your favorite TV shows and movies, along with streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime and Apple+. Also available are Disney+ and a Blu-Ray DVD Player.
Social Rooms
Aqua at Pelican Isle offers two unique Social Rooms depending on your mood. Both rooms are large, overlook the marina and have a catering kitchen, TV, and ice maker. These beautiful rooms are a perfect place to relax, read a newspaper or watch your favorite show. They can also be reserved for a celebration or an intimate gathering. In season, monthly cocktail parties are held along with special occasion parties such as The Welcome Back, Super Bowl, Oscars and End-of-Season.
Game Room with Virtual Golf
Besides a pool table and bar area, the game room offers a state-of-the-art virtual golf simulator where you can play on one of over fifty courses worldwide. There is also a large putting green area right outside the game room. Golf clubs and balls are available at the front desk.
Gym, Yoga Room, & Spa Services
Stay in shape at the Aqua fitness center with its state-of-the-art equipment, including ellipticals, treadmills, rowers and weight machines along with live classes on The Mirror and internet connected spin bike . The yoga room provides mats, exercise balls, and ballet bars. In both the men’s and women’s lounges find a dry sauna, steam room and lockers. Enjoy massages and facials in the spa with licensed aestheticians by appointment.
Marina
Enjoy the convenience of a condo with your boat in your backyard. Each Aqua owner has the opportunity to purchase a slip at the Aqua Marina. In addition, all residents have access to kayaks to explore the area waters and the mangroves.
Sky Lounge & Terrace
The Sky Lounge and Terrace are located on the top floor of the North Tower. Witness majestic sunsets both inside the lounge with floor to ceiling windows and outside on the massive terrace. There is a catering kitchen, an outdoor grill and plenty of seating. The perfect place for a family or friends gathering.
Coffee Stations in both kitchens of our social rooms are open 24/7.
A gazebo by the pool deck and near the grills boasts an ice maker, refrigerator, and sink.
A full service business center is available with conference room, Notary Public, fax machine, photo copier and concierge services.
The Pavilion has a TV, sink, refrigerator, and an outdoor seating area with fire pit overlooking the water and the marina.
For out of town family and friends, three beautifully appointed guest suites can be reserved for a small fee. Accommodations are from 2 and up to 6 people.
A car wash area is located by the north tower garage door. A vehicle charger/tire air pump is available at the front desk for your convenience.
Four BBQ Grills on the Pool Deck and one on the Sky Terrace.
Two Doggy Parks are located on the east side of the south tower with clean up stations located throughout the community.
